These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Learn Marathi at https://marathiseekho.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is published as Learn Marathi (मराठी शिका). Contact: support@marathiseekho.com.
Learn Marathi is a free educational website and progressive web app. It lets you listen to Maharashtra RTO-style oral situations, practise spoken Marathi answers, and take a mock test. The Service is provided for personal learning only.
The Service is not an official Maharashtra RTO, Transport Department, or Government of India product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or appointed by any government transport authority. Completing practice in this app does not issue a licence, badge, permit, or exam result.
You must be at least 13 years old. The Service is intended for adult drivers. If you use it on behalf of someone else, you confirm they agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for non-commercial learning. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or frame the Service, or use it to build a competing dataset, except as allowed by applicable law.
We try to keep questions, Marathi wording, and scoring helpful. Spoken language, RTO procedures, and traffic rules can change. Speech recognition may mis-hear you. Content is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the Service is complete, current, or error-free, or that using it will result in passing any RTO oral test or obtaining a permit.
Do not use speaking or typing features while driving. Pull over and stop before practising with the microphone. Audio playback while walking should be used with attention to traffic. You are responsible for using the Service safely and lawfully.
Speaking is optional. If you allow microphone access, your browser may send audio to a speech-recognition provider (for example Google, in Chrome) to convert speech to text. We do not claim ownership of your voice. Do not speak sensitive personal data into the app.
You agree not to:
The Service may display advertisements, including Google AdSense ads. Ads are provided by Google and its partners and are subject to their policies. We do not control every ad that may appear. Clicking ads is at your own risk. Advertising data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
The app name, logo, layout, and original lesson presentation are owned by us or our licensors. Marathi and Hindi language as such is not claimed as our exclusive property. You may not use our marks in a way that suggests official RTO approval.
The Service may rely on hosting, analytics, advertising, and browser APIs provided by others (including Vercel and Google). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn Marathi and its publishers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, licence opportunity, employment, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed INR 1,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
You will indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. The “Last updated” date will be revised when we publish changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. We may assign the Service to a successor operator.
